Welcome to a deeply transformative evening with Scarlett – Keeper of Ancient Traditions
 
This 3-hour workshop is a guided healing experience created to support women in reconnecting with their inner strength, releasing stored emotional energy, and restoring the natural flow of life force in the body.  
Many emotional experiences, trauma, painful relationships, criticism, grief, or long-held stress, can remain stored in the body and especially in the womb space. Over time these stored energies may create tension, emotional heaviness, or a feeling of disconnection from ourselves.
This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to gently release these layers and return to a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and vitality.
 
What the workshop includes:
 
Emotional Healing & Energy Transformation  
Through guided awareness, breath and subtle body practices, we begin by reconnecting with the body's natural intelligence and allowing emotional energy to move and soften. 
Womb Cleansing Ritual (Egg Ceremony)  
At the center of the workshop is a powerful energetic cleansing ritual using a raw egg, an ancient practice used in many traditions for energetic purification. 
The egg is gently rolled over the body to help absorb and release energetic residues such as:
- emotional trauma  
- heavy or stagnant energies  
- painful memories  
- self-destructive relationship patterns  
- emotional blocks stored in the womb space 
At the end of the ritual the egg is opened in water, symbolizing the release and transformation of these energies.
 
Shamanic Drum Journey  
After the cleansing process, we move into a deep rhythmic drum session. The sound and vibration of the drum help the body integrate the experience and guide participants into a meditative trance-like state.  
This part of the evening supports the opening of the heart center, bringing a sense of lightness, emotional clarity, and inner connection.

• Yoga mat  
• Water bottle  
• Comfortable clothes  
• A raw egg (room temperature if possible)  
• A transparent glass 
You may also bring photos of loved ones if you wish to include them in the healing intention.
 
Practical Information
Duration: 3 hours  
Arrival: Please come 15–20 minutes early to settle into the space.
Investment kr. 550,- (betales kontant ved ankomst).
 
The group will be kept small to create a safe and intimate atmosphere
